Leica Astro Adapter

With the Leica Astro-Adapter 1 1/4“, Leica Camera is offering astronomers the opportunity to use Leica eyepieces on most astronomic telescopes with a 1 1/4“ eyepiece thread. Normally the Leica Astro-Adapter 1 1/4“ has a filter thread for astronomic filters. The integrated thread for connecting the Leica photoadapter offers fantastic potential for astrophotography.

The Astro Adapter is available for attaching Lecia eyepieces or the Photo Adapter to astronomic telescopes with 1 1/4"-inch connections. Order No. 42 421

Leica Digital Camera Adapter

Thanks to its extremely flexible clamping mechanism, the LEICA DIGITAL ADAPTER 2 is compatible with a large number of compact digital cameras, irrespective of their filter thread or tripod screw. Even portrait and landscape photos can be taken by simply turning the adapter. For the first time ever, even camera phones can be used for digiscoping applications with the new Leica accessory. This new application, also called 'phonescoping', is becoming increasingly popular with birdwatchers.
